Born in 1959 in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk. In 1989 he graduated from the art and design Department of the Tyumen art school. Working in the workshops of the art Fund. Engaged in design of interiors, advertising, poster and set design for the Tyumen youth theater "Expromt", painting. Paintings Vladimir Sizov appeared at various exhibitions.
