Vasilyevna Skorubskaya

Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

(1918, Gomel region) Honored Artist of Russia. In 1938 he entered the Moscow textile Institute, art Department, where in 1941 he transferred to the Department of the China Institute of decorative and applied arts. Thesis (porcelain dish, "the Young guard") was made by the artist for Dulevo plant 1947 under the leadership of A. A. Deineka.

During the war he worked on the camouflage of factories "ZIS" and "Dynamo", was a nurse of the hospital in Biysk. After graduation, he joined the Union of Artists of the USSR and on the advice of R. R. Falk, which in the course of 1943, he taught her the art in evacuation in Samarkand, refers to infinity lyrics.

Solo exhibition of Nina Skorubskaya passed in Tver (1982) , Lipetsk (2001, 2005), Moscow (2002). The artist's works are stored in the Tver Art Gallery, the Tula regional art Museum.
