A graduate of the Academy of arts from 1800 Received medals: in 1810 – 2 silver; in 1812 – also; 1814 – 1 silver; in 1815, 1 silver and in the same year and graduated with a diploma of 1 degree. Was left at the Academy with the rights and obligations of a pensioner (to 1817). In 1818 – 2 gold medal and the title of the artist for the engraving: "SV. Jerome"; in 1838, the title of academician on the part of the engraving, the steel engraving "Monument to Karamzin". As they prepared themselves list is 448 engraved them boards.
