Born in 1934 in Moscow in a family of artists V. Ya Nut and VG Turkish. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of architecture (1959). Member of the Union of architects since 1964, a member of the Union of artists since 1969. Works in easel graphics and painting.

Since 1969, participates in all-Union, Republican and city exhibitions. Since 1972, he exhibited his work abroad in group exhibitions of Soviet artists in 1987 participated in the International exhibition "Intergrafika" in Berlin. Personal exhibition M. V. Turkish was held in 1991 in the gallery of the city of Venlo (Netherlands), where he exhibited graphics and paintings.

Works of M. V. Turkish are in the State Museum of fine arts. A. S. Pushkin, State Historical Museum, Murmansk art Museum, Novgorod Museum of history and art, the art museums of Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur and other cities of Russia, in private collections of Georgia, Estonia, Lithuania, Armenia, Italy (Genoa), Cameroon (yaoundé), Sweden (Stockholm), France (Paris, Marseille), Spain (Seville), Austria (Vienna), USA (Seattle, Boston, Chicago), the Netherlands (Hague, Amsterdam).
