Thesis in the CVC - a sketch of the painting "Vladimir Mayakovsky" for the metro station "Mayakovskaya" in Leningrad, the rating is excellent. The training took place at the faculty of painting, the qualification of the artist-painter was awarded.

Born in Kazan. He graduated from the Kazan Art College (1954-1959) and the Institute of Painting and Architecture. I.E. Repin in St. Petersburg (1959-1966), where he specialized under the direction of A.A. Mylnikova in the workshop of monumental painting.

 

Member of the Union of Artists since 1974. Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan (1978). People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan (1991).

 

The first monumental work, carried out in collaboration with S. M. Bubennov, “Kazan is the capital of Tatarstan” on the outer wall of the railway station building, became a symbol of the city of Kazan.
