Honored artist of Georgia (1984). Sign "excellent cultural patronage over the Armed forces of the USSR"(1983). Was born in Smolensk. He graduated MVHPU (b.Stroganov) (1933-1937). Painter and graphic artist. Works in genres of landscape and still life. Member of the Union of artists of Russia since 1962. From 1949 to 1989 he worked in Tbilisi, where he participated in all national art exhibitions. Since 1989 lives in N.Novgorod, regularly participates in regional exhibitions. Exhibitor of zonal art exhibition "Big Volga" 2003. Personal exhibitions: Tbilisi - 19 exhibitions, including at the House of the artist (1989); N. Novgorod, 1992-2002, and in Arzamas, Gorodets, knyaginino.
