Ilyich Fomkin

People's artist of Russia, honored artist of the RSFSR, member of the Academy of Eurasia, Ph. D. (1955).

In 1939, Fomkin enrolled in mshsh, where he studied together with Vladimir Ivanov, G. Korzhavin, A. Sukhanov, P. Ossowski and others, later formed the famous first military issue 1944.
