Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Was born September 26, 1924 in the village Baklanka Vologda region.

In 1952 he graduated from the higher school of industrial art behalf of Vera Mukhina, in Alexander Kazantsev workshop.

He studied of Piotr Buchkin, A. Lubimov, Konstantin Belokurov, Ivan Stepashkin.

Participant of exhibitions since 1952.

Member of the Leningrad Union of artists since 1956.

Wrote landscape and architectural landscapes, portraits, genre compositions. Worked in watercolors and oil painting.

Personal exhibitions were in Pushkin Museum-reserve (1964), Leningrad (1972, 1987).
