Born in 1941 in Bolgrad (Ukraine).

In 1969 he graduated from the Odessa State Art College named. M. B. Grekova.

In 1979 he graduated from the Higher art-industrial school im. V. I. Mukhina, the Department of monumental-decorative painting.

Member Of The Union Of Artists Of Russia.
