(1914, p. Pacib, Belarus – 1991, Moscow) Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.

Bright representative of the Moscow school of painting.A brilliant colorist. Graduated from Art Studio at the MOSS, studied at Abinadab Kanevsky. In 1935 he enrolled in the MOSSES, where at that time taught Igor Grabar, Alexander Osmerkin, Boris Ioganson. Were close artistic circle, which included Aristarkh Lentulov, Vladimir Favorsky, Alexander Deineka, Georgy Ryazhsky. During the war, along with other students of the Institute was evacuated to Uzbekistan, where he worked under the leadership of Sergei Gerasimov. Emerged as a painter of pinerest. Since 1946 he participated in major art exhibitions.
