He was born 06 Jul 1927 in d. Lithuania the Molodechno district. In 1958 graduated from the Minsk art school. Senior artist of the city, he is an iconic figure of the region. In the beginning of its activity the teacher and the artist, along with J. Radzilowski was the active founder of the Studio of fine and decorative art in the city. Along with teaching activity has a lot of creativity . In 1969, admitted to the Union of Artists. He has written more than 500 paintings, among which a significant place is occupied by themed paintings dedicated to historical events in Belarus. In particular, the activities of Belarusian worker-peasant masses led by Branislav Tarashkevich. Meaningful work "Pastane narachanski Rybaka" ( 1963) , "Kal of the mill" (1968) , "Waltzing" (1982) and others .
Through Patriotic works of Konstantin Jaroshevich returns us to a lost spiritual heritage. Recent years, the artist creates a gallery of portraits of figures of history and culture of Belarus "May nastawnik", "Henadz Kahanek" , "Mala Ermalovich" and others .
The works of the distinguished masters of the brush are kept in the Art Fund of the RB, the collections of the National Museum of art, the Museum of modern Belarusian art, Staryoskol center in Minsk, the Belarusian national library in London, the local history museums and in private collections of Poland, Germany, USA, Israel, Canada and other countries. The best works included encyclopedias and art catalogues of Belarus. The name of K. Khoroshevich listed in the world encyclopedia of contemporary art.
Thanks to the literary talent, he published his memoir "Svedenie I parazyte" in 2004. In 2006 published the personal directory "Stronk Gazza I tworczosc", which includes reproductions of some of his works, a list of major works, and the date of participation in exhibitions, bibliography.
Active organizer and participant of art exhibitions, Constantine, Horoszewicz in 1999 he was awarded the medal of the Belarusian Union of Artists "For achievements in the visual arts".
