Artist, member of St. Petersburg Academy of contemporary art, Member of Russian Union of artists.
1960-1963 - Art school at the school. Mukhina, Leningrad.
1964-1967 - Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, Leningrad
1967-1972 - Leningrad construction Institute, architecture faculty
1977-1978 - the Union of journalists of the USSR, Leningrad, course of photojournalism. Has experience as a curator and teacher. The author of 17 personal (1982-2005) and 66 group (1978-2004) of domestic and foreign exhibitions. Work N. Tsekhomsky are in private collections, Museum collections of Russia, England, Italy, USA.
