Born in 1951 in Moscow into a family of artists. His father, a famous Soviet artist Nikita Chebakov nikandrovich, was one of the co-authors of the famous painting "VI Lenin at the III Congress of the Komsomol". From 1969 to 1975, Alexander Chebakov, he studied at the Moscow State Art Institute. V. I. Surikov. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, member of Moscow Union of Artists since 1984 Permanent participant of art exhibitions. Personal exhibitions took place in Moscow in 1979. in Germany.
