Chernov Vladimir Viktorovich was born in 1950 In Ivanovo. In 1969 he Graduated from the Ivanovo chemical-technological College, majoring in "Art design and the coloring of fabrics and knitwear". Member of the Union of artists since 1985 Painter. The participant of regional, Republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions: 1992 - Ivanovo; 1993 Shui; 2004 - ples. Works are in the museums of the Ivanovo region, the Directorate of exhibitions of art Fund of the Russian Federation and abroad. In 1998 awarded the diploma of the Academy of arts of the Russian Federation. In 1998 I was awarded the prize of the Foundation of the World in Ivanovo region. In 1999 I was awarded the scholarship by the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation. In 2002, awarded the title of honored artist of Russia.
