Biography and information
Painter. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR (1968-1977)
In 1964 he graduated from the painting faculty of the Moscow state art Institute named after V. I. Surikov
Paintings Chernousenko were exhibited at art exhibitions in the USSR and abroad, he was also the co-author of the artist-painter, people's artist of the USSR N. In. Ovechkin to work – panorama "Pleven epic" (1977), in Bulgaria-Pleven.
His teaching activities took place in various universities of Rostov-on-don. From 1990 to 1999 he taught at the art-graphic faculty of state pedagogical University.
