Sergey Petrovich, Shablavin (April 7, 1944, Kirsanov, Tambov oblast) is a Russian artist.
Born 7 APR 1944 in Kirsanov, Tambov obl.. In 1967 he graduated from Moscow engineering physics Institute (faculty of Cybernetics). From 1979 to 1981 he studied by Correspondence at the people's University of arts. In 1977 he participated in the Venice Biennale. Lives and works in Moscow and Cologne.
