Biography and information
He graduated from East.-filol. f-t Mosk. Univ. In 1920-29, the Director of Household of the forties Museum in Moscow (a branch of the ist. of the Museum). After 1925, a close friend of Mikhail Bulgakov. In 1929-32 he lived in exile in Veliky Ustyug, in return, the Director of the Museum of Leo Tolstoy in Moscow. In the late 1940s he moved to Leningrad, worked as the Director of the apartment-Museum of Pushkin on the Sink, comp. The Pushkin house of the USSR.
