Painter, theater artist; teacher. He graduated from the Bestuzhev Higher school (1902), the Higher state art Institute (1919). Participated in the exhibition "the Wreath" (1910). Was one of the authors and designers of the collection "Studio Impressionists" (1910), edited by N. And.Kulibina. After 1917 he worked as an artist in the theaters of Leningrad, the Children's Village, Lipetsk.
