Honored. artist of the Russian Federation. Laureate of the prize of the Komsomol (1981). He graduated from the Leningrad state PED. in-t im. A. I. Hertzen (1975). Participant of exhibitions: mountains. in Petrozavodsk, Rep. since 1971, artists of Karelia in Moscow and Leningrad (1980), the region. "The Soviet North" (Vologda, 1974; Komi, 1979; Novgorod, 1984), "Artists of the North" (Murmansk, 1989), "Russian North" (Kirov, 1998; Vologda, 2003), artists ed. resp. Russia, Moscow (1971, 1989), vseros. (1972-2000), proceedings of all-Union. (1972), abroad. in the GDR (1972, 1977, 1983, 1985), Finland (1972, 1976, 1978), the Netherlands (1990), Hungary (1993).
