Studios in Moscow by B.V. Johanson. War veteran. East and genre canvases, portraits, landscapes “The signing of V. I. Lenin of the decree on the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic” (1950, with L. Fattakhov), “Before the sentence” (1954), “Honoring the mother of the heroine” (1957), “Prologue” (1970), “Chelny Beauties” (1975), “Kazan Students” (1980) and other works. Laureate of Art. etc. (1951).

People's Artist of the USSR, corresponding member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR, laureate of the USSR State Prize, the RSFSR State Prize named after I. E. Repin. The author of paintings on historical and historical-revolutionary themes, genre paintings and portraits of contemporaries. Illustrator of works of Russian and Tatar literature. Born in 1919 in Kazan. In 1939 he graduated from the Kazan Art College. Member of art exhibitions since 1938. Major works: “Portrait of G. Tukai” (1946), “Sunny Day” (1948), “A.S. Pushkin on the way to Kazan "(1949)," The signature of V.I. Lenin Decree on the Formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ”(1950),“ Before the Sentence ”(1954),“ Portrait of the Shepherd G.
