Born in 1961 in the city of Mykolaiv in Ukraine.
In 1982-1986 gg studied at the Simferopol art school. N. With. Samokish (Crimea, Ukraine) at the painting Department. In the student years manifested individual style of painting of Alexander Zhernoklyueva in the plane of the canvas through the airy space and compositional plasticity of volumes of forms.
In 1990 to 1998, the artist lives and works in Feodosiya, where he began to create his first compositions in which a dominant role is played by light, air, space. Realism forms began to give place to abstract art, the photographic vision of nature - sensual-philosophical...
Since 1998 the artist lives in Moscow. Here in his painting appear two more topics that Alexander Zhernoklyuev comprehends in a characteristic manner: "Nu" and "Men's games".
