Dmitry
Alexandrovich Karpukhin

He graduated from the Moscow secondary art school at the Moscow state art Institute im. Surikova. He continued his education at the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, founded by I. S. Glazunov. He defended his diploma work in the Studio of the portrait.

Since 1997 is an independent creative activities.

Works in different genres, but a special place in the works is a portrait.

A member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia, member of International Federation of artists to UNESCO.

Successfully participates in Russian and international exhibitions. Works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
