She was born November 9, 1976 in Moscow. His first teacher is considered the head of the art Studio "rainbow" Alexei Cladina. While studying at art school, worked in different techniques - drawings, gouache, watercolor, pastel. Participated in city exhibitions.
In 1993 he graduated from Moscow City Pedagogical gymnasium. In 1998 he graduated from art-graphic faculty of Moscow State Pedagogical University. V. I. Lenin. A diploma in jewelry art.
In 1999 he joined the international Art Fund. In may 2006 he became a member of the Union of Designers of Moscow. Actively cooperate with the publishing house "Our Isograph" and the magazine "DEKO". Take part in various exhibitions in Moscow and other cities.
Several paintings were used by ALROSA for the manufacture of promotional products for the exhibition "IJT 2005 – International Jewellery Tokyo" in Tokyo.
Company "PROTEK" used the painting "Peonies" design of corporate greetings with 8th of March (2007).
In September 2007 Natalia Novikova received a silver medal "member of the VVC".
A few years ago, Natalia began to create more Christmas tree decorations made of plywood, which was painted by hand. In 2008, these toys got their name – Drinki.
Works are in private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, USA, Hungary, great Britain, Japan, and Israel.
