Ivanovich Ovchinnikov

Born in the village of Balaka Novosergievskiy district of Orenburg region. In 1964 he moved to Orenburg, where he began to study at the Studio at A. F. Stepanov. Member of USSR Union of artists since 1970, has conducted 16 personal exhibitions, winner of regional, Republican and all-Union exhibitions. His paintings are in museums in Orenburg, Orsk, Severo-Baikalsk, Norilsk, Sakhalin, Krasnoyarsk, Novgorod, Munich, Minneapolis, salt lake city, as well as in many private collections, including in the far abroad countries. Participant of exhibitions "India through the eyes of Russian artists" in the Tretyakov gallery in Moscow and "Around India", Orenburg (1997-1998). Winner of the "Orenburg lyre" (1999).
