Otradnaya was born in the Kuibyshev region 1968 and lives in Orenburg. In 1976-1980 studied at the local art school, from 1982 to 1987 - at the Kharkov art-industrial Institute (Department of graphics). Since 1985 takes part in exhibitions (regional, Russian, foreign). Known for its cycles of etchings "Attraction", "the Circus has arrived", "Arrival of the birds", etc. Honored artist of Russia (1998).
