Born in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region. In 1975 - graduated from Children's art school in Kaluga. In 1979 he graduated from Saratov art College (V. Belonovich). Member of the Union of artists since 1993. 2008 - Honored artist of Ukraine. Lives and works in Sevastopol
