Born in 1961 in the village Kiselevo in Belgorod region. In 1983 he graduated from art-graphic faculty of the Kursk state pedagogical Institute (teacher, people's artist of the USSR V. I. Erofeev).
Participates in exhibitions since 1988. Lives and works in Kursk.
