Born in 1955 in Moscow.
In 1975 he graduated from the Architectural College, 1985 - art-graphic faculty mgzpi. A member of the municipal Committee since 1989.
Since 1990 - member of the International Federation of artists UNESCO, the Creative Union of artists of Russia.
