Biography and information

The brother of the terrorist B. Savinkov. Konstantinovskoe graduated from the artillery school in Petrograd (1916). A member of the first world war. During the civil war he served in the Freely-partisan division of the don army. 13 Mar 1920, taken prisoner, and entered the service in the Red army. Participated in the fighting on the Polish front, where he deserted. Participated in the organization of a campaign of the people's Volunteer army S. D.
