One of the most capable students of A. I. Vologdina, S. M. Razvozzhaev graduated from art school with honors, took exams at the Academy of arts. Unfortunately, due to the illness of his mother, he was forced to return to Irkutsk. Here he continued to write. To the great chagrin, a number of his paintings at the art Museum was declared obsolete and scrapped as unnecessary.
Born in the village of Peregrinovna Irkutsk region From 1932 to 1936 he studied at the Irkutsk isopentenyl A. I. Vologdina, A. P. Zhibinov. Lived and worked in Irkutsk and Angarsk. A member of the artists Union of the USSR since 1947
