Sergey Panin – the Deserved artist of the Russian Federation, member of Creative Union of artists of Russia, international Federation of artists and International arts Fund Moscow Association of artists.
The artist actively and fruitfully cooperates with the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation (more than fifty personal exhibitions in military establishments of culture of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation).
For the personal exhibition of the artist was repeatedly encouraged by the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow.
At the initiative of Panin Sergey Anatolyevich Moscow has established three permanent expositions of his paintings, in which there are more than 250 paintings.
Panin S. A. clearly showed his artistic talent when making one of the most unique architectural structures in Moscow cinema "Drummer". For participation in city exhibitions "Architecture, design, and construction," the artist is awarded with diplomas of first and second degree. Panin S. A. has made a great personal contribution to the interior design of the cinema "Zaryadye". Painting, watercolor, drawings on the theme: "Moscow Kremlin", "Sketches of Moscow suburbs", "Old Moscow", "Monasteries and churches of Russia" has largely increased the interest of Muscovites and guests of the capital to the history of Moscow and Russia.
The artist's painting is a vivid example of continuation of traditions of the classical school of the great Russian masters. The exhibition devoted to the 180th anniversary of the Military Academy RVSN named after Peter the Great, appreciation for the creativity Panina S. gave the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Alexy II.
For merits in the sphere of culture and arts, many years of fruitful work in the field of painting and high art skill Panin Sergey Anatolyevich in 2004, awarded the honorary title "Honored artist of the Russian Federation".
Today Panina S. A.'s pictures are in museums of military establishments of culture of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation. His work is included in the governmental Fund gifts.
