Adeksandrovich Shcherbachev

Son of A. A. erbajeva, grandson of P. V. Alabin. Was born in Samara. In 1902-1906 he studied at the Realschule, then at the Moscow school of painting, sculpture and architecture. In 1915 he worked as an assistant architect in the Samara city administration. In Soviet times, according to his projects built over 100 residential and public buildings. The most famous is the administration building of the Samara-Zlatoust (now Kuibyshev) railway (1927). and the house of the red army (now the house of officers and staff.; 1932).
