A pupil of the Italian master of art casting, Robutti who came to Russia in the early XX century for the casting of the monument to Alexander III in St. Petersburg, in 1908 he became a self-fulfill orders sculptors. He cast the works of V. I. Mukhina, V. V. Lishev and many other prominent Soviet sculptors.
