A disciple of K. Korovin, worked between 1915 and 1917 in Tomsk at the invitation of the Tomsk society of art lovers with the teacher in classes of drawing and painting. He belonged to the circle of famous painters, however, his painting "Ogrodnicy" from the Museum's collection is undoubted evidence of the coloristic gift of the temperamental wizard.
