The volunteer at the Academy of Arts from 1881 to 1885; student from 1885 to 1893; received medals in 1888 - 2 silver; in 1889 - 1 silver; in 1892 - 2 silver. In 1889 he graduated from the course Sciences; in 1893 the title of class artist. (Kondakov)
