Biography and information

In 1813, admitted to the students of the Academy of Arts. In 1821, the Highest decree granted title of artist of painting of class XIV. (Kondakov)

Student of St. Petersburg Academy of arts in 1813. In 1821 he received the title of artist. He painted landscapes and genre scenes. The author of the portraits of P. Stroganov (1818) and Unknown (1821), which are stored in the HMM Nizhny Novgorod. Also known for his icon on canvas "Madonna with child", written for the Cathedral of Alexander Nevsky Lavra; stored in timing.
