After the construction of the school was sent to Turkestan for the erection of fortifications. In 1882 was appointed Nizhny Novgorod policeman by the architect. In 1884 Lemke rekonstruiruet Rukavishnikova house on N.-The Volga embankment (the Bank) and participates in the construction and handicraft industries exhibition, 1885. In 1887 he was appointed architect of the Mariinsky women's Institute, overhauling its buildings (St. Minin, 28). In 1885 - 1888, by order of A. P. Bugrov under the Kremlin hill is building commercial housing (Zelenskiy SYEZD, 10). In 1892, Lemke represents the architects of Nizhny Novgorod in the Russian Congress of architects. In 1896 he restores the tomb of Minin in the Kremlin Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral, building a house A. Bashkirova (ul Lyadova, 5), rebuilds donated by F. Perepletchikov city public apartment house on Mayakovsky St., 6. The following year Lemke is building on ul the pharmacy building P. Remler. In 1899 he initiated the construction of the Blagoveshenskaya square the new building of the city Duma.
