Fundamentals of visual art studied in art-industrial College. Without completing his studies, he devoted his life to service in the Soviet Army.
I became interested in painting after serving in the 70-ies. Studied at University of culture in the Department of fine arts, visited the workshops of the Crimean artists. A large creative impact of eminent painters –painter V. V. Bogatkina and luminary landscape Bozhenova V. S. But the main universities were casual labour.
In 1978 successfully in Alushta and Simferopol hosted the first solo exhibition. For 35 years creative life Georgiy Artemovich more than 200 times has exhibited his work at various exhibitions including foreign ones. A characteristic feature of his works is the image of nature , the scenic beauty of the building and poetry. He wrote around a thousand works are exhibited in galleries, museums and storerooms.
In addition to creative work he for many years headed the folk art of Alushta city House of culture.
