Born in Palekh. Member of the Union of artists since 1989. The Wife Of Vladimir Buldakov. In 1968-1973 he studied at the Palekh art school. Teachers - A. V. Borunov, B. M. Nemtinov, K. S. Semeikin. In 1973-1989 years, he worked in the Palekh art-production workshops. In 1973 awarded a bronze medal VDNH USSR.
Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. Participant of exhibitions since 1978. Work N.B.Buldakova are stored in museums: gmpi, Umgeni, Pgaas.
