In the years 1959-1964 studied at the Palekh art school. In 1964-1989 he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops.
Was engaged in monumental painting. Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. V. A. Vlasko are stored in museums: the State Museum of Palekh art, the Ivanovo regional art Museum.
