Ivanovich Kamanin

Born in Palekh. Member of the Union of artists of the RSFSR in 1989. Hereditary painter, son of I. J. and N. M.Kamennyj, nephew of F. M. Melnikova. In 1977-1982, he studied the Palekh art school. Teacher - A. V. Gordeev, V. I. Golov, V. M. Moves. In 1984-1989 he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. In 1991-1992, he participated in the creation of the iconostasis of the Church of Elijah the Prophet in Palekh. Themes of works: folklore. Participant of exhibitions since 1985. Operation S. I. Kamanin is stored in the State Museum of Palekh art, the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation
