Born in Palekh. Hereditary painter, daughter of A. A. Katukinas. Wife Of E. A. Sivakova. In the years 1964-1969 he studied at the Palekh art school. Since 1969 worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Was engaged in monumental painting (the design of the cinema "Ruslan" in the town of Pushkin of the Leningrad region (1971-1972)). Themes of works: folklore, literature. The work of T. V. Sivakova (Katugino) are stored in museums: gmpi, Ivanovo OC, Pgaas.
