Born in Palekh. In 1971-1976 studied at the Palekh art school. In 1976-1989 he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Themes of works: folklore, modern. Participant of exhibitions since 1988. The Work Of T. N. Kuznetsova are in museums: the State Museum of Palekh art, the all-Russian Museum of decorative-applied and folk art.
