Born in the village of Bui, Kostroma region. Wife Of F. S. Kitova. In the years 1966-1971 he studied at the Palekh art school. Teacher Yu. A. Brovkin. Since 1971 worked at the Palekh art-production workshops.Themes of works: folklore, literature. Participant of exhibitions since 1994.The work of G. A. Krutovoy is stored in the Ivanovo regional art Museum.
