Born in the city of Rostov region Salsk. In 1981-1986, he studied the Palekh art school. Teacher - B. M. Nemtinov. In 1986-1989 he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. Participated in the creation of the iconostasis of the Church of Elijah the Prophet in Palekh.
Themes of works: folklore, literature. Participant of exhibitions since 1988. The Work Of A. N. Mom's are stored in the Ministry of culture of Russia, Halyk Finance of Russia.
