Konstantinovich Myznikov

Born 2 (14) January 1871 in the village of Sergino vyaznikovskogo district of Vladimir province. Hereditary icon painter. Studied at icon-painting workshop licznika brothers Belousovich. Since 1885 he worked in icon painting workshop of I. F. Ersenova in Moscow. Member of artel of ancient painting since 1931. He died in 1961, buried in Palekh.

The theme of the work: the portrait. Participated in exhibitions since 1933. The work of G. K. Myznikov are stored in museums: gmpi, Umgeni, PIM, Russian Museum of A. S. Pushkin "Moika 12", the State Pushkin Museum (Pushkin town), the State Museum of A. M. Gorky (Moscow).
