In 1944-1949, he studied at the Palekh art school. Since 1949 worked in the Palekh artists Association (later the Palekh art-production workshops). Themes of works: folklore, literature, genre scenes. A. S. Osipova are stored in museums: the State Museum of Palekh art, the Central Museum of the Revolution.
