Borisovich Parilov

Born in Palekh. Hereditary painter, son of B. N. and A. M. Parisovich, grandson of N. M.Parilova. In 1973-1978, he studied at the Palekh art school. In 1978-1989 he worked at the Palekh art-production workshops. In 1989-1997, he worked in the cooperative "Association of artists of Palekh". In November 1997 he founded his own organization called the "Icon-painting workshop by M. P. Parilov". Together in his wife O. M. Parilova writes icons. Themes of works: folklore, literature, religious. The work of V. B. Parilov stored in the State Museum of Palekh art.
