In the years 1946-1951 he studied at the Palekh art school. Teacher - N.M.Zinoviev, D. N. Butorin. Since 1951 he worked in the Association of Palekh artists (later Palekh art-production workshops). Died in 1983, buried in Palekh. Themes of works: folklore, literature.
