In 1948-1953 he studied at the Palekh art school. Since 1953 he worked in the Association of Palekh gudozhnikov (1954 - Palekh art-production workshops).
Themes of works: folklore, genre scenes. A. A. Sinitsyn are stored in museums: the State Museum of Palekh art, the folk art Museum. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
